London Marathon, 2007 Results

Meon Valley Plod - February, 2007 - 3 Clanfield Joggers finished the Meon Valley Plod in the most appalling weather conditions. Well done to: Terry Maidment (4:28:48); Helen Gothard (4:28:48) and Ralph Gothard (4:28:48). See the picture of the 3 of them finishing, and still smiling!

Chichester, 10K - 4 February, 2007 - Wendy Whelan achieved a PB with 57:44 - 3 minutes faster than last year and a year older!

Victory 5, December, 2006 - Well done to all, a hard race in winds of 40 mph:

Gosport Half Marathon, November, 2006 - Wendy Whelan has completed her first ever half marathon in a very good time - 2:18. Also, Tiffany Eneas completed the Gosport Half in 1:52 (which was 2 minutes faster than last year, so a PB for Tiffany) - well done Wendy and Tiffany.

Great South Run, 22 October, 2006 - conditions were awful - wind and torrential rain!

Isle of Wight Half Marathon - Tiffany Eneas completed this on 20 August, and she says that it was honestly the hardest run that she has ever done. Apart from the HILLS of which there were many, they were also running on the narrow lanes amongst the traffic which took no notice of them - in fact, there were times that Tiffany had to virtually walk past the cars because they were so close!!

Anyway, Tiffany achieved a time of 2 hours (which she says is her personal worst, but then the IOW is very HILLY). However, the ice creams on the beach and watching her children play made it all worthwhile.

New Forest 10, 9 July - Tiffany Eneas completed this in 1.27 (her time last year was 1.37). An excellent time, and taking 10 mins off her PB.

Purbrook Ladies 5, 11 June - results (courtesy of Portsmouth Joggers). Well done to all - it was a hard race due to the heat.
